Will STI shortblock and 4EAT mate

I'm getting an STI shortblock (due to cracked piston on my 2001 2.5RS) and I have a 4EAT, will they mate? Is the bolt pattern the same? I want to keep my 4EAT because I've already done a high stall TC (ProTorque) and had the valve body modified (LevelTen) I will also be adding TWE valvetrain bits
