stock clutch out or not

little background: ive launched my car at 4-5k a lot more than a few times, raced at sac raceway, and had up to around 220 lbs/ft torque. i have ~18k mi on car.

after a day at sac raceway, my clutch was fine. next day my clutch was Very soft (i can push my foot maybe 60% into the clutch without feeling it yet) for about 2 full days of driving the car~ so i was thinking i should definately get a new clutch. next day after i get in my car and clutch is back to 100%! fully regenerated or something. anyone know how this could be?
