Q's about Sti rear dif's for different years.
Long story short I need a rear diff for an Sti. Heres what I know so far...
-04/05 = R180 diff, 3.9 ratio, 27 spline axles, clutch type lsd
-06 = R180 diff, 3.9 ratio, 27 spline axles, viscous lsd
Can somebody please fill me in on the differences in the 07, 08, and 09 rear diffs if any?
I would assume the 07 is the same as the 06, but what about the 08/09?

In short, all you can use are most 60 and older rear diffs w/o having to change the ring & pinion gearset.
