go for a drive and warm the oil up, let it cool down a little bit so that you dont burn yourself with the hot oil. (you can do it when oil is cold but its easier when its warm)

jack your car up on a stand
find transmission
there is a drain bolt under the transmission.
drain oil

there is a washer on the bolt. replace it with new washer and tighten the bolt again

find a dipstick for transmission. its around the turbo on passenger side. Becareful not to touch the heatshild of the turbo is its hot.
use funnel and put oil from the dipstick.
