How bad can a couple hard launches be?

I have an 04 WRX. Maybe twice when I first got her about 4000 miles ago and once last night I made the mistake of dropping the clutch on a launch. The last time the tires actually chirped on me. Now I know this is a very bad thing to do and I wish it never happend but I just want to hear someone say everythings going to be ok. That last drop happend between 3000-4000 rpm. I'm thinking it should be fine because I don't ever race my car. I just like driving fast.

its not wise to lauch you car in that matter.your asking your clutch to grip harder than the 4 tires that its trying to break free.which isnt going to happen.you will shear the teeth off of the main shaft in the trans.doing one right now and its only being covered under warranty due to no modes on the car.it is only a one time warrnty now to this customer.not being a *** but drive the car the way it was designed and it will give you trouble free performance.spinning the tires doesnt make the car go fast if your not going forward
