Clutch Install = loud notchy KARTBOY?!?!

I got my clutch replaced with a stock OEM kit by a local Subie dealer. After getting the car back my Kartboy shifter is WAY notchy and loud!! I can hear the shifter as it goes into any gear with car on and even while cruising around. There is no grinding but it takes more effort to get into gear. The shifter was definitely not like this when I gave it in. I took the shift boot off just to make sure the KARTBOY was still in there...it was

Any thoughts on what could of happened? Do you need to take the shifter bushing out to change the clutch?

Sounds like they put different gear oil in the car. Ask them what kind they used.
