clutch/flywheel advice

Hi guys! I'm in need of an affordable clutch in the near future. I read it's a better idea to replace the flywheel rather than resurface it. I was looking into the act streetlite with the Exedy oem spec clutch. My question is will this throw a code? I just need to be able to pass California emissions. I have a perrin crank pulley and a stage 1 AP.

Thanks! Ben

That's not gonna throw a code if you install it.
I'm running an ACT HD clutch with the ACT Streetlite Flywheel and everything is fine. My only feedback is that the lighter flywheel is much noisier when you are decelerating in gear than the stock one.
