Changing my tranny and rear diff fluids

Im replacing the gear oil for both my tranny and rear diff and i dun kno how much i need. I think the tranny takes 3.7 quarts but i dun kno how much i need for the diff. Let me know guys. THANKS!!

i hear wrx and sti's are different, mine took 5.5 or 4.5 bottles in the front(RL975S)

and one litter case of rear diff fluid(KO305Y0900)
