i wanna do these two things,first i wanna know what you guys/gals are using and how satisfied you are?(already did a search, but i want to know what the Hawai'i guys are using)...I've heard good things about Redline...what about Mobil 1 or other brands that's out there?

i'm been running amsoil syn gear oil for the last 25k with no problems. about $7 a quart.

Redline MT90 for teh trans and 75W90 for the diff...

 

I've got some Redline fluid in my garage right now. Good stuff. I wished I could put it in (stupid tranny fluid drain plug).

Are these fluids the same for the STi?

ha ha! i have no idea! I think i was punked by some subaru engineer who knew that car was going to a brown guy.

swapped to Redline ages ago (my car has 20K on it now) and noticed no difference at all. Just my experience, your mileage may vary.
