Big transmission issue!!!

I put my car up for sale, but I'm a little hesitant to sell it before I get the tranny fixed. Or at least find out what the problem is. When I changed the fluid, I didn't notice any metal shavings. There were a few tiny tiny particles aor metal dust. Nothing I haven't seen in my tranny since I got it 4 years ago. I have 145xxx miles on it and got the clutch changed at 115k or 120k. Something like that. Anyways, the issue I'm having is whenever I make a sharp turn 10 mph or slower I get a clunking sound. It does it in gear and out of gear. People have told me that my center diff is going out or my axles are bad. Now my question is: If my clutch is going out and slipping real bad, could this be close to a culprit for my problem? Maybe it's not disengaging right or something. I don't have the money to keep taking it to a shop and having people give me the run-around. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
