Help with transmission mount plz

Hi guys. I posted something about this earlier, but I took another look and I have better details this time around. If you're looking from the front of the car, there is a little bushing looking thing with two bolts not connected to the transmission under the transmission in front of the tranny mount. It's got a metal plate under it. I need to know what this is called in order to get it replaced.

So under the car there is the an I - shaped crossmember. The tranny mount is connected to the horizontal on the back, but the thing I am talking about is connected to the front one. It looks like the tranny would be resting against it or maybe it's just a rubber guard when the tranny bucks downwards. Anyhow, if anyone knows what this thing is, I would be grateful.

just go the the parts department at your local subaru dealership, and explain to them exactly that. They will be able to pull up an expanded diagram on there computer with names and part numbers for every little part.
