You could bring it into shop where they will hook up your tranny oil lines to a machine and pump the old stuff out while refilling it with the good stuff.
For the do it yourselfer, you could drain the tranny, fill it up, drive around, and repeat. With this method, you should have everything out with about three drain and fills.
