Dynoed my 4EAT GC

Will after nothing but a street tune for the past two years I finally got on the dyno in my 2001 RS-T. I was hoping for slightly higher numbers but discovered I'm really only a FMIC away from 300whp.

Power Mods
STI shortblock (stock internals)
Rotated 20G w/Blitz EBC set at 1.2 Bar
Stock RS 2.5L SOHC Heads w/ARP Head Studs
Tech Works Engineering Stage II Turbo Cams
Tech Works Engineering Titanium Springs and Retainers
Tech Works Engineering equal length header
Perrin STI TMIC
GFB Pulleys
Custom Down Pipe
Invidia N1 Exhaust
AVO high flow cat
LINK EMS

4EAT
Tranny Cooler (Hayden 403)
Torque Converter mod by ProTorque
LevelTen modifed (Hydro system recalibration) Valvebody
Rallitek 4EAT tranny mount insert
Redline synthetic ATF
Autometer Transmission temp gauge

The Blue is our street tune and first pull of the day. The Red is the conservative tune we finished with. All done on 92 octane. We did run into one issue with the RS 4EAT. Once the dyno started rolling... the rear tires would barely spin while the fronts were speeding up like normal (90/10 torque split in effect). it was hard to get accurate readings so we put the fuse in for FWD and adjusted the dyno to do FWD only. We figure between the FWD skewing numbers on one end and the modified TC on the other, that they would cancel each other out in regards to skewing numbers.

Looking forward to putting my aluminum drive shaft to the test on the 1/4 mile. But first comes an FMIC, as it became very apparent to us while at the dyno that the bottleneck is the current Perrin STI TMIC.

Cliff Notes
264whp 246.57 ft/lbs

FMIC Arrives today!!! Hooooooray!!!

Really firmed up the shifts, especially that 2nd to 3rd one. All the slop is now gone.

Been so long I can't remeber the install price, though IIRC it was less than the TC install
