How about my L tranny? Is that good for anything? If I were to get a WRX engine swap, and were to keep it, would that be a problem?

I'm not sure if the 02' and lower's mate up. They might but I'm not 100% sure.

I see you said "Is that the USDM 98-01 2.5RS or the JDM GC8's?"

To my knowledge the USDM's and JDM auto's are different. They have tiptronic like some of the Audi's or BMW's do here in the states. So maybe their built for more abuse and "spirited" driving.

Think Positive!

4EAT = Uninterrupted peak boost through all gears. Most of us forget that.

I must sadly admit to owning an 05 LGT with an automatic transmission. It's my wife's daily driver and it pains me to drive it when we go out. She doesn't know how to drive a stick, doesn't want to learn, and even if she did, there was no way I was letting her learn on my STi. This is the first automatic transmission vehicle I have ever bought I guess I can take solice in the "triptronic" feature.

Anyone mod the VB? Turn around time/down time, roughly? N/M
http://www.importperformancetrans.co...uto.shtml#main

I did the TC and had no downtime because I bought a used one and had it modded. ( I still have the stock one if anyone needs it....shameless plug)

TIA!

*edit*

Level 10 has no down time, but the $1000 core charge (that you would get back) is hard to deal with.
