What types of fluids should I be using?

for example: Transmission, differencial... etc.

Please name all that applies and what types/brands i should be using for best performance. Also how long till i should change these fluids.

Thanks,

Jon

All the information you seek is in your owner's manual. But just so you don't think I'm a dick, here goes:

transmission: Dexron III ATF (I think it's III)
front diff: 80W90
rear diff: 75W90

change them all at 30k miles. Check your manual for fluid capacities. I don't believe in brand loyalty when it comes to fluids, and I can't justify spending 3x as much for synthetics when I change all my fluids on schedule and don't beat on my car.

I know what the owners manual says and i know what the factory manuals say...

I was looking for something around the lines of:

synthetics... and what give the best results.

Thanks anyway!
