Yes, 60' times are pretty important I've found. All the true racers out there told me that every 1 10th on the 60' time is good for 2 10ths at the end. It seems to be right on the money since every time I lost a 10th on the 60', I lost 2 10ths at the end or close to that. Best of luck next time and remember, practice makes perfect!

So what you saying is that if i get my 60' to a 1.7 then basically on my 13.96 run i would have had the potential to run a 13.3? That would be awesome!

No i aint spraying yet it was very quick run the best i eva did...my car aint a ordinary sti its been through weight reduction and stuff its extremely light...no back seats, no carpeting, the black stuff under the carpeting for the silencing all that has been scraped out all the paddings from inside tha car down to the door panels have been removed i ran again the other day and did a 12.8 @115. i cant mount the NOS yet cuz i dont have n e space to mount the nozzle cuz im still runnin a top mount intercooler(larger) so the space between the throttle body and the intercooler is to small im wondering if its possible to allow NOS to flow through the intercooler. im just suggestin summen i donno if n e one eva tried it b4. what u guys think ????

I have an 03 WRX

Last Year at Infineon
I ran a 14.00 @ 96
60 FT- 1.93
MODS TXS stage full stage 2 Utec
I was running a 93 Octane map @ 16.5 PSI
I was very pissed because my car didn't run good with the stock map like it was supposed to. I was only really getting about 14-15 psi max from my data logger which explains the crappy times. The setup when dialed in is supposed to net 13.4-13.6 1/4 mile times.

This year at Infineon
14.0 @ 95
60 FT- 1.92
MODS HKS upipe, TXS RFL rear section, Perrin crank pulley, GFB blow off valve
100 octane @ about 15 PSI
It was a high 90 degree day and I broke out before I got to run the colder weather at night. If I lasted in eliminations I woulda cut a 1.8 60ft hence my 13 sec pass.

Hey Teddy,

Just wanted to know if you ran the VF 22 setup before you upgraded the internals and if you did how much boost did you run and how fast was it? I'm gonna run a VF22 with the 565's and greddy FMIC. I'm aiming for a mid to high 12.

13.4@101 02 wrx,smoked the tires all the way in 1st gear 1.9 60ft.Hks turbo back exhaust,uppipe,blitz intake,front mount intercooler,sbc-id boost controller@17psi,power meter.Oh and crappy falken azenis tires.
