wrx to sti intercooler

anyone know if an 04-05 sti intercooler will mount up on an 03wrx without modification?

make sure it comes with the sti y-pipe, and you will have to get a new throttle body hose because the stock wrx one is too short to fit with USDM sti TMIC

If oem y pipe not available, u can use the perrin intercooler hose kit and u still need need that 90 degree angle that goes to the turbo. Goodluck

for the fitment you will need a new y-pipe because the STi is a little short for the WRX turbo. Also, dont forget to get a new gasket.

When you say "new", do you mean modified or an aftermarket piping kit?

i had one from another intercooler, but you will probably need to buy a new set. the STi is about 1/2 inch to short. if you can modify a pipe its up to you, but I would buy one.
