HELP! Xmas Time Swap EJ18->EJ20TT

I've had a my 96' Subaru Impreza Brighton EJ18 for about two years now and finally ready to do some modifications. This Christmas I am planning on swapping out my EJ18 to an EJ20TT off of http://www.nippon-motors.com/ and I was wondering if anyone could please tell me exactly what all I will have to order or modify to complete this swap. I am also looking to convert it from an AWD to a RWD. I'm hoping to get my hands on an gen1 STI dash for the gauges in hopes that the wiring will hook up and the Tach/Speedo will be correct. I've searched the internet numerous times and have found noone who has tried or at least posted this swap anyways. I know it is possible because I have seen Pictures and Videos of 1997 and 1998 Impreza's with the EJ20TT. Could someone please help. I figure I will have to probably order new axles, driveshafts, and possibly a new tranny. Is that correct? The motor I am ordering I believe comes with the ECU as well. Could someone please tell me exactly what all I will need.

Thank you,
ColeBucket06

If you would, please send me an email as well with this information. ColeBucket06@aol.com
