you would think that there would be an official organization at the ring, where all manufacturers would submit their time through, which would be released to the public.

You think a car company that makes the GTR is gonna call up Cobb and ask them for a AP haha, if they find out that you look at your gtr the wrong way they void your warenty. They want to show what the car can do stock, not with a ecu ON THE CAR
