Good Berkeley Subaru doctor?

Hi,
I really like this site.
I have 91 4wd Loyale that needs mechanical work, new cv, brakes etc.....
The car has run flawlessly but it is time to address some issues.
Any good East Bay Subaru shops?

carlsen subaru in redwood city is the best dealership there is evar!

not sure on independent mechanics though

You should definitely post in the BAIC Forum. I've taken my Legacy Turbo to S.O.S. auto on Ashby at Telegraph. They seem pretty good. I try to do most of the work myself, so I've only been there a few times. Seriously though, you should post this same question in the Bay Area forum as you'll get many more responses over there.
