for sure fight this ticket.

I got an exhibition of speed ticket and they are not fun to have on your record....I got 6 tickets at one time but they all got dropped...long story.

Anyways.....study the actual law he nailed you on. Remember it...all you have to do is challenge and win on one part.

Second...the noise violation. Take your car to court....ask them for a decibal meter...bring one with you if you can. If they can not test your car then there is no way to prove it is illegal. Find out what your limits are.

This should be a relatively easy to set of tickets to win or at the least have toned down.

Do not let them intimidate you. Be respectful. Dress up. And remember...disprove and challenge one part...that's all you have to do.

Make them prove that accelerating quickly is illegal.

and do not bring up profiling the judge will see it as an attack on his officer and he'll nail you.

They make it so you have to prove yourself not guilty. . . . guilty until proven not guilty i guess. Just bite the bullet and maybe go to traffic school for it. That will get you off. Good Luck

Don't listen to this guy.

You should fight every damn ticket you get. The officer might not show....it gets dropped. You might win...gets dropped. You nearly always get a reduction of fine for showing up and being respectful...using the system as it's meant to be used.

My parents said this once and talked me out of fighting a ticket...worst decision I could have made...it was an easy win for me..I had a witness with me...cop was cussing me out.

and as for testifying...it doesn't matter. I have seen so many tickets dropped on technicallity.....often times the cop will mess something up and you can win it there so pay attention to his exact words.

I saw a dui ticket tossed because the cop said he checked the girls I.D. and it was california and she was over 21. She had not id and her lisense is from nevada. Showed the cop could have made a mistake and was inaccurate in his accounts....she won.

congratulations...looks like I'm not so dumb after all.

You did the right thing. You used the system like it was meant to be used and you came out on the good side. Great job.

huray!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! congrats buddy.

come sheriffs, chp, police officers, law enforcement , we WRX's might go 0-35 in 2 seconds, but most WRX owners have a respect for other fine cars and drivers and especially the police,

i really hope that more of u police officers are out there busting the real bad guys, felons, rapist, murderers, crack dealers. stop busting potheads and giving tickets to a WRXs' going 0-35 in 2 seconds, because while you guys are giving wasteful tickets,

there are more serious crime happening behind ur baks. herbs=world peace, methamphetamines=felons. WRX going 0-35mph in 2 seconds=newgeneration performance. cars changing lanes in traffic with no turn signal= jeapardizing car safety.

bust the more serious bad driving and more serious crime, please.

couple days ago a police officer pulled me over for going 50mph, he said he wanted to get the honda that was going 70mph on the 35 zone but he got me instead.. he warned me not to go any faster. and let me go so i really appreciate it a lot a lot a lot! some cops are real good, some cops are bad. cops are humans too.
