91 accord weird problem

I know I know not the tech forums or Honda forums for that matter but have any of you encountered a Honda that didnt flash codes when grounding the service check connector?

I have one like that. I put on another used computer the customer brought in and same problem. Even grounded the wire at the PCM, still nada.

So anyone else find a pos accord like this? what was the fix to pull codes?

Yep there was no led on this computer and shorting out the diagnostic connector didnt do anything. I think ended up giving it back to the customer and wishing him the best of luck.
