I have a magnificent four-pack, the other four got lost in translation
I'm 6'1.5", about 207lbs. I kinda wanna get back to under 200lbs but with lean muscle mass, kinda like Shinjo ('cept he's like 185, that buggah!). I've got the muscle and I'm pretty fit for the most part, but just can't get rid of that damn bottom love handle

I have a sense of humor about it now, though! I'm the 'toothpick guy'! Even my grandmother used to make fun of me thinking my parents were starving me. Sorry if I made you angry.

@ 170lb. now. I was 160 in high school, managed to BALLOON my way up to 240 in 4 years of college (didn't know how to cook, but I sure knew how to dial up Pizza Hut for delivery!). I dropped slowly to about 220 5-6 years ago. Then I starved myself (VERY BAD) to 155 a couple of years ago. I lost muscle mass, bone density, and almost passed out a couple of times at work. I slowly gained this past holiday season to 185 or so. Did Atkins for ~1 month and got myself down to 170. I want to drop another 10 or so, but Atkins is pretty hard to stick to when I have a hyper skinny girlfriend that can (and wants to) eat anything...
I run 3-4 times a week for 2.5 miles.
My sweet tooth and portion control are my problems.

Pics of the hyper/skinny girl that always manages to derail my diet here (all the way on the right in the first pic):
