I have. I lost 25lbs. But once you stop you start gaining it back. Since Thanksgiving i've put back 10lbs.
If i lose 15 i'm good. i stand 5' 9" and weigh 180 when i should be 165 / 170 but i'm 36 now and it's alot harder to get it off the older you get.
