Looks like a VCR from the 1990s. Redesigned controller. Won't function without Kinect attached to it. Charges you a fee for playing used games. All games must be installed on to the HD in order to play.
What do you guys think of it?

I thought about getting a xbox in the near future, but never had the intensions to pay to play my old games from xbox360...so i dunno. I don't mind paying to live, but limiting my usage of the system with dollar amounts isn't the right thing to do.
I think imma go with the PS4.
Yea, should be a good battle. Xbox was low during release, but gained because of their online stuff. As long as the PS4 allows downloadable content you'll be alright.
The other stuff the Xbox One has is voice commands... anything from "What's on HBO?" to "Play Call of Duty" commands. It's like an all in 1 thing, kind of like those all in 1 printers. But gaming, movies, music, internet stuff, TV. PS3 rocked, and it was a big advancement from PS2 with Blueray, these new gen consoles will definitely be bringing something new to the table too.
But I agree... a kinect in the system makes sense marketing wise... why need to buy another part? But I can absolutely believe government or some entity can spy on folks whenever they want.

the fact its not backwards compatible is good, it's a real computer! 8 core cpu and 8 gig of ram.
Anyway it doesn't really matter because the xbox 360 is far inferior harware to the ps3 yet xbox has continually **** on playstation. Also any dual platform games the inferior xbox has always rocked the playstations better hardware. Can't wait to see what some new baller hardware will bring. I expect the gap between the 2 to grow and eventually playstation will try to figure out a niche like nintendo.

The other day I know someone who bought like a 30" Dell Monitor, but its Retina for $1500 bux. So the technology is going toward retina either way. The goal is to display Retina on your screen, the hardware will ultimately get up to displaying retina even through intense **** happening on screen without the lag.
