My 2.5l Forester goes 340 ish per fill up.
That's on 3.75 cylinders.

Yeah I get 320 miles per tank in mixed driving, and mashing the gas, doing LOTS of redline shifts.

Okay so I just did the math again and now i'm getting 18.17 MPG 80% City/20% Highway. Is it just me or is that still really bad gas mileage

600 (: haha i'm 135 pounds lol and the only other thing that would be weighing my car car is the alumapro sub in the back but thats prolly bout 20 pounds only. I have my tires inflated at 38 PSI all around

worn out motor, bad maf/map sensor...

vaccum leak, exhaust leak...

is it an auto?

163k on the motor, map should be fine, its 5 speed, and I do have an exhaust leak.

get it fixed, especially if it's at the head/manifolds.

I dunno man, could be low on compression or something, who knows.

Well, I'm thinking its somewhere around the muffler, because if I go over 4k it whistles, and the whistle only comes out from the muffler, and no other part of the exhaust piping, i'll be getting a new exhaust soon to see if that'll fix it
