i just saw something like that within the past week on 880 south between stevenson and automall.... an early 90s civic sedan, most of car was flattened between 2 trees on side of freeway, front clip was on albrae in front of wheel works and the headlights were still on

Looks like it had two people in it. I really hope it was sudden so they didn't really have the time to realize what was about to happen.

reminds me of the 2002 WRC when someone (i think in a citroen) hit a tree and his engine ejected from the hood and landed 100 feet down the road... i forget who the driver/car was though.
