Unhappy Do I have the worst Luck ever?

So it's the 4th day of the new year, and I have 2 traffic tickets already. Both cases the officer did not use a gun to get my speed and I was already driving the speed limit when they caught up to me.

The worst part of the second ticket, I was driving my buddy to the airport.

Regardless I'm going to fight both of them. However, if you guys know any good lawyers that will nearly eliminate a traffic violation(s) for a fair cost, I'm all ears.

Anyways happy New Year to everyone, and look out for cops. They are ready to pounce.

new year tickets.

my new years hasnt started off well either. i threw on my stock rims/tires to go to tahoe. 1 of them was flat. had to plug it. tahoe was like a blizzard. and took 5 hours to get there and another 5 to get back. this morning on the way to work. my tire blew up on my other set of rims.

Damn Larry. If you need any help creating cases, let me know!

also, do trial by written delcaration before you have to meet in court in person, much easier this way.

Best way to get out of a ticket: Move it to another court on a later date. Its up to them to keep track of where and when and they don't always follow up.

Thanks for the advice Tide. The following is my current battle code for dealing with tickets is a 4 part system.
1) Once you get the ticket, suppena the officer (SP).
2) Get an extension and file for trial by written declaration.
3) If you lose #2 then go to court and delay the first court date.
4) If they still show up, well try with all my might to win. However, winning is difficult.

Hopefully I will win these 2 as I can not go to traffic school.

Sisqocqk - Sorry to hear that man. That is pretty bad and I hope your car is ok now.

Again thanks for the responses.
