Thanks do go to Alex for getting everyone together!
Overall the turnout was really good. There were quite a lot of people who showed up. However, there were a few vendors/cars that decided, for whatever reason, not to show.
Sad to say, the Tuner shoot-out never happened. First we were told that it would be at lunch time. Then we were told that it would proceed at 3:00pm. Then we were informed that there was not enough time to do the shoot out and that people were leaving anyway
In our minds the fact that there were a lot of Subaru's there was super cool. On the other hand, the promised/billed events were not taken care of as advertised/promoted.
Of course we understand that things do happen. However, it was obvious that some vendors/cars came to the event prepared and obviously other vendors/cars were not.
We eagerly look forward to another "shoot-out"

PS. Was anyone taking track times? We were running 2:10's on street tires.

We were running toyo t1-s's (215/45/17) with a full p1 suspension.
Car was a 99 rs with our 2.65 USDM Sti stroker with JDMv7 heads and our ECutek.
Needless to say but the tires were not liking the extra power we gave the car
Do you guys have any in car videos. If so....please share

I was doing a consistent 2:20 a lap. I don't think I'd try to push it much more until I get track insurance for my car. Allstate doesn't cover any track events. not even HPDE.

Oh yeah, the webcam was mounted on top of the roof so imagine yourself peeking out your sunroof.
