Out of curiosity, what data do they have to show the aerodynamic effectiveness of the fins? I've actually been pretty curious as to thier effectiveness, and if they've got some data (something more substantial than a butt-based windtunnel), I would love to see it.

In the right setting I can definately see the strakes smoothing the airflow to the rear wing, but only if there was a sufficiently attached laminar airflow at that point on the car (which there probably is, but i want data dangit).

Thumbs up Speed and other things..

LOL Yeah well ok ya got me.. But I can't help it it just wants to go, and at 6:00 in the morning it isn't like I am stuck in traffic.

As far as the wing, I don't have any specific data, but I know for the fins they say it helps at speeds of around 120 or so. From what I know the angle isnt that drastic and most the most part it is show however the shape of the wing has got me thinking.

If you look at it, it looks like and upside down airplane wing. the bottom is curved and the top is flat with a slight downward angle. Since we don't have a wind tunnel I can only assume but if you have solid air flow oe rthe wind it should provide some descent down force. How much is a good question, but from my experiance the car feels real stable at high speed.

I don't have that floating feeling you get in some other cars. This may be atributed to the wheel base, but it just feels like all four wheels are solid on the road at all times, so it must be doing something. I will hunt around and see if I can find anything.

right, I'm not talking about the wing itself (which looks fine and should generate a good amount of downforce) - i was just curious about the fins on the trailing edge of the roof. I think i understand what they do now (they are vortex generators), but I'm still curious if EvoWorks (are they the sames guys as Works?) have any data to back up thier claims of improved downforce.
