yup.. the above is true. it's sad. but in that case the cops are still just nitpicking 
i was pulled over again by the same cop last week and this time he said i "took the turn too fast" when i should have braked before entering the turn.
he didn't give me a ticket for that, but he did comment on how he'd pulled me over before and this time he gave me a ticket for front license plate

hahaha... no.. i should have said: there's no law saying u have to slow down through turns 
my starting speed was under the speed limit for the street i was on (35mph) and the ending limit was under the speed limit as well (30mph) i just chose to downshift instead of braking!
anywayz, yeah, that cop is mean. so anyone ever to go menlo park at nite, beware of officer diaz. he's a punk
