Carlsen hooked me up pretty nicely on a 2010 Forester 2.5X Limited today. Alan was no hassle and the coffee was pretty tasty haha!
It's QQ thankyouverymuch

I got my Suby from Stevens Creek after being denied at Santa Cruz and Capitol. Overall Stevens Creek was pretty good. I have been going in there for regular service as well and every experience has been very pleasant.
I would also recommend buying a car that is on the lot. I have heard nothing but bad experiences from people buying cars that don't exist.
What is this exactly? Like a broker or something? Looks really interesting.

Thanks a lot for the replies guys! I and my friend really appreciate it.
So it looks like Carlsen still has a good rep and deals. I'm kind of surprised people are buying them for under invoice, but I guess it makes sense, it's not an entirely new model to the US anymore so demand is down.
Is there any sales rep @ Carlsen that you recommend?
Thanks again!

I had an easy as hell time buying my car from Steven's Creek Subaru. Below invoice, free 2011 STI wing, and not any pressure. Also there's a couple I-club members who work there and do an awesome job.

These are my experiences, but they are simply experiences, not full-on reviews.
Always have been treated well at Carlsen, whether I'm at the salesroom browsing or at the parts department.
Capitol is my second choice for a dealer in the Bay Area.
I've avoided Steven's Creek ever since one of the awful salesmen stared me down, telling me I didn't need to buy parts and could trade in. What an ***.
