look @ that...+3 stevens creek....see?

I-club tends to over react when bashing a vendor...the same thing happened with gruppe-s & vishnu & i-speed back in the day

I started a +1 vishnu thread and 1 of the mods started to bash it and eventually abused their powers and put it in the dumpster because he didn't like vishnu

thats just the way this place works.

Thats why I always post my personal experience...its nice when others aren't afraid to do the same.

hopefully this thread doesn't turn into a thread like the vishnu thread did just because a certain someone who was a mod felt differently about it

You can get a good deal at Cypress Coast Subaru in Seaside if you don't mind the drive.

carlsen subaru gave me the best price when I bought my car.

i got a few quotes from various dealers using edmunds.com and got prices around the invoice price. carlsen was 300 under invoice. they all respond pretty quickly too.

I agree, the service department needs work, but sales is fine.

I agree Zoeb. I bought my evo from capitol (same group as steven's creek). Actually bypass sales and go right to the fleet manager, and lay down that you want to buy a car at a good price

I was able to get my car for 3k below invoice with free lojack. I basically got the same price from steven's creek, I told capitol they would get the sale instead if they threw in lojack

The reason you WANT to buy from them, is because they are a volume dealer, so they get their commissions/bonuses are total units sold, and the final price isnt always important

If you are a sucker, Steven's creek will take advantage of you. If you are a smart/educated buyer, you can come away with a great deal. Just dont be bullied, do your research, come up with a price BEFORE you go in (not a monthly payment, not a interest rate, the FINAL price). If you take these steps, you will be a happy buyer

BTW, bought my IX for 28,300 with free lojack. Basically the same price as south coast mitsubishi (known for their rock bottom prices), without needing to buy a plane ticket and driving it back

Steven's creek also bought my used STi for 25k, which was private party KBB value at the time.

Yeah, like I said, if you are a sucker, they will take your money. If you are a smart buyer, you will come away with a good deal. Sticker price on my evo was in the 38k range, 45k or so for the MR

Didn't pay anywhere close to that

Charlie at Santa Cruz is freakin' awesome. He is super helpful and can give great deals. My friend wanted an 07 wrx wagon, but unfortunately she is completely retarded and is going to find a used VW instead. Can't say I didn't try to get another girl into the suby world.

haaa. have her talk to my fiance'. I told her to get a subaru. She got a used VW. It has been rediculous......their warranties are worse than ours.

Charlie rips. I'm so stoked they brought him back. My wrx was my first new car. Charlie could not have been more helpful.
