seriously.
we bought an STi there and the process was painless and we got a great deal
avoid there service department if you want, but their sales department is great.

Don't go to Steven's Creek, they are a bunch of idiots.
They tried to exert some kind of influence on the Bay Area Subaru community through kissing a vendors **** on a deal but in 99% of cases they will try every opportunity to rip you off
Santa Cruz or Fremont seem to be the best options

They had the car we wanted at a price that was more than reasonable
Their sales department is fine, people just make a big deal out of nothing.
I agree, the service department needs work, but sales is fine.

I'm telling a personal experience.
Is that a wrong thing to do?
Although it wasn't my car, it was the company I am with
I did all the calling, negotiating and all that stuff and I was even there when we picked up the car.
Not 1 negative thing happened when we purchased it.

Its nothing like that

I linked the Steven's Creek thread so people can make up their own minds on whether they should got to Steven's Creek or spend 30 minutes travelling to somewhere with a great reputation like Santa Cruz, Carlson or Fremont Subaru.
