Wheel Powdercoating question

I would be down to get mine powdercoated either black or white (haven't quite decided if I want to deal with the brake dust buildup on white wheels... plus I'm unsure of the look on a black 02 wagon.)

Just an FYI, I just called West Coast Powdercoat in SSF (good reviews on yelp). They quoted me $125 per wheel for black (any sheen). 400* temps, 2-3 day turnaround.
Seems like there are a lot of range in estimates, the question is at what point/price range will "you get what you paid for" bite you in the a$$?

I can offer a 3rd vouch for maas brothers in livermore. Never had any car parts there, but the bike shop I used to work for sent all the frames people wanted pc'd there with excellent results. I had two bike frames coated there and the powder is second to none. Very durable, and it was quite cheap. They quoted me 50/wheel for car wheels a while ago.
