yeah, was a pretty awesome show. I had been in the studio with them during the making of exciter, and then for 2 months while they rehearsed for that tour.

When they came thru SB again, the front of house engineer had the flu. So i got to mix the show. After I stopped shaking, I had a blast.

The Roots. I went to the Glow in the Dark Tour by Kanye West. It looked dope though (totally skipped out on the Rihanna set), but man, nothing tops The Roots live, as far as hip-hop goes.

I have to call you out on that one dude, Zep quit touring when Bonham died in 1980 and did not play together again until 2007.

Cool, I was sitting in the second row from the back. So, its kinda like the same thing

But, seriously, even from there the show was awesome. The SB Bowl actually has a pretty good vantage from any seat.

Holy crap!!! Are you serious!? That's the friggen coolest thing I've ever heard! (OK, not THE coolest, but def cool as hell!).

Depeche Mode is awesome and I really would love to see them live, but I guess their recent concert in the bay area, the one that was coming up got cancelled or something cuz I can't find a thing about it. I was really hoping to go see them once and for all. I hear they are great live and I bet you can vouch for that.

You wouldn't happen to know anything about their recent concert would you?

thats bad ***. I had to stand in for a sick sound guy once myself. Equipment was decent but the venue had horrible acoustics and I'm no pro so it was fun chasing squeels and feedback up and down the band.
