I think the owner of that dog deserved to have EVERY window in that car smashed out...his tires slashed, and once the dog was freed from the car, make that thing a CAR-B-Q.

That would get the f**k**'s attention.

well, to be quite honest, I do have a soul and I feel sorry for the poor dog, but you've gotta realize that that kinda ish happens all the time in the foul world we live in. and I'm not ready to take the implications that would lead from breaking someone's window, specially in another country I know nothing about...

I mean, if it were secluded, and nobody could see me, I'd rescue the dog in a second, but who am I to bust someone's window open to save a dog I don't know...

I would look to see how the dog looked, if it was still running around the car all happy I probably wouldn't do anything, but if it seriously looked deathly, i'd probably smash a window in and leave

overseas.....most likely not. You never know what they're gonna do to you as a foreigner. I'd rather not risk jail.
