Oh man I love the classic SE-R's. If I ever got another SR20 powered car I think I would get one. I still have my 200sx SE-R in the process of trying to sell it though. Its a great car, its just not a sti I liked the car soo much I havd two of the same exact car! (one red 95 200sx SE-R, and a red 96 200sx SE-R). But your right you don't see a whole lot of SR20 powered vehicles on the road.

Yea, these are sad times we live in when the real SE-Rs are so rare

if it looks like someone that bought the Suby for a Suby and not just for a car I throw the peace sign and typically get it back, the little old ladies in wagons I dont typically wave at because you get weird looks. My girlfriend thinks I'm crazy though for waving and claiming there's a close sub community but shes slowly catching on when she sees others wave before i do. Does anyone else wave at evos? I do except the local post-midlife midlife crisis guy that always has rap blaring not that there's anything wrong with that

i usually dont wave at the EVO or STi owners that look like clowns...reclined seat, sideways ball cap (with hologram) left hand on top of steering wheel etc...again i know some people might choose to dress that way which is fine, but 80% of the time its another postcivic owner and i can tell by the way they look and the way they blast their "music"

i wave at other EVOs though, especially if they have rally stickers or mudflaps. I used to wave at other subies with mudflaps, now im reluctant to, since i think a lot of people have them but are just posers.

lol yeah, the old ladies with short curly hair driving the wrx wagons lol, i dont wave at them...of course i look at them and they look over, so i have to at least smile lol
