We had a very similar conversation on another forum im on... the hamb. Some of the guys there are ridiculous! I've seen them identify cars buried in river banks by the shape of a door latch.
LOL thx but it's not like I really knew it off my head. Just some good googling and logic is all. I thought that it actually wasn't a British car, because it looked like a Pininfarina design. I actually thought it was an Alfa because of the headlights and the fender bulge. But it also looked like a mid 60's car, so there'd be little chance it was Italian given the American V8 (only Iso and DeTomaso come to mind). So British it was, and I went from there. According to the wiki, there were only 10 ever assembled before their NY plant shut down.

I don't think it's a 600.
Looks more like the Intermeccanica torino... which is an offshoot of the original car. Wrong wheels, door handles, tail light, window mouldings... etc for the 600. I'd bet money it's a torino.
My money is that it's the John Wilkens torino. And yes this is the first time I opened this thread.....
