LOL thx but it's not like I really knew it off my head. Just some good googling and logic is all. I thought that it actually wasn't a British car, because it looked like a Pininfarina design. I actually thought it was an Alfa because of the headlights and the fender bulge. But it also looked like a mid 60's car, so there'd be little chance it was Italian given the American V8 (only Iso and DeTomaso come to mind). So British it was, and I went from there. According to the wiki, there were only 10 ever assembled before their NY plant shut down.
