So, my next question...would a compression test or leak down test help me diagnose the issue I'm having?

Yep. From what you've wrote you are having the usual symptoms of a ringland crack. The Leakdown test will tell you everything. Is your car eating oil?

I'm not too sure. I changed the oil 2 days ago and that's when I turned the car on and noticed. I haven't driven it since the light came on. However, I'm about to drive it to FW in about 20 minutes

Not my car but I did this today. Took about 3 hours from start to finish, including to the store for some extra wire.

Nice. I want to work on a koni and ground control project on some donor struts soon. Love the dspecs but I want something with height adjustment. A lil too much gap in front for my liking still.

Wahoo!!! Another rare oem piece. Brand new. Works flawlessly and matches great with the jdm cluster!

These are discontinued sadly.

Installed the adapter first that sits flush with the window then the wedge mounted mirror.

Mt

I specifically spent months looking for this. No subaru dealer has one in stock cause they dont make em anymore.
They only make the ones with the black backing for the compass now. And most of them are green.
The compass is invisible when turned off on this one. Which is just what I wanted!

Needed a new mirror anyways. The reflective surface was peeling up on mine.

Koni's are my next task, but probably sticking with my Swift springs because of where/how I drive. GC sleeves would be nice, but I still don't like them very much (company, not the product).

NVM my question, saw the post above - LOL. Anyone know where to get Koni's cheaper these days?
