I was correcting a statement you made. Automatic usually refers to a transmission with a torque converter, and only the USDM E36 M3 had that option.
BUT, if you accuse me of needing to prove myself and spreading needless information, why'd ya even bring up the E46 M3? A working one with four wheels and tires that drives under its own power certainly does not cost under $13k.

E46's with SMG's have an Automatic mode.
Then I said:
The only M3 without an Auto was the E30 M3.
