The way I see it, you either lay down and take the loss or compile evidence and sue him in small claims.
He has already contradicted himself several times and lied on here in writing. I think you have more than a decent chance of winning, should you choose to litigate.

man i really hope you get your money, the whole situation is a total mess but with the amount of work you put in and gave him a working motor, then him not willing to pay just kills me... some shady people around and you never know who to trust.

Lol you think I didn't try to resolve this off iclub? From a new member like you, I wouldn't expect you to know much. This was my last resort to get things sorted out. And I don't want to go-to his house or town as I don't know what lies in front of me nor do I want him saying that I'm trespassing and harassing him. Keep your .02 cents cause apparently you didnt read things clearly. Ill show you the way out of this thread and hope you don't make a fool of yourself on the way out.
A recent post of his in regards to Mt Hammy 2012. untuned, WOT. Need i say more.

Well I don't..... Life goes on... You guys can think what you want .. I've been on here long enough.. Met cool people who know me personally... Done business with lots of people with no issues.. However I do find it funny how Anthony never mentioned how he ****ed up on his part... I hired him for a reason.. HE is the mechanic NOT ME...He said he COULD test it. He said my first engine was good at first... I asked him before I even purchased the engine from GreyThumper if he can check the engine out.. Test it /make sure it's good before I purchased it.. HE said it the engine was good ... Then that it wasn't .. That the heads were bad... The heads that are on my ****ed up motor now are the heads from that "fuc@ed" up engine... Why? Because they were good not bad... GreyThumper was okay with me testing the engine out I front of me.. Was even willing to allow GST test it before I decided to have Anthony test it because he said he can do it. Also Anyhony failed to say the car is not running anymore... I was NOT going to pay for towing again on top of what I owed him for him to re fix it.. Should of been done the first time around.. He did not offer to come check it out till a week later.. After I told him I was going to get it towed to the dealership by my uncle who works there at the dealership where I bought my car, he got me free towing. I told him where the car was at... He said it was a far drive...NOW he says he is willing to come check it out... To be honest with you I don't trust his work.. Plain and simple.. I don't want him working on it anymore.. He said my previous motor was good... Then says its not AFTER the purchase... Then says the heads are bad but we found out the were just fine and ended up on my new engine... I can almost assure you that other engine from GreyThumper was good.. So you all can think what you'd like.. He will not get money from me for an engine that's not even running, that's what I told him... Also told him that hes previous decisions cost me 2500... Just find it funny that he comes up on here and WARNS you guys about me as if I have a history of scamming people on here... He knows where I live it's no secret.. Be a big boy and talk to me face to face and fix the problem like an adult.. What do you think you'll accomplish by coming on Iclub? Get me banned? So be it.. Now how's your life better? I know my life won't change... I have a family to worry about not Iclub.. I don't have money to just give away to people just because they want money..
