Best two guys play like crap and they still smoke you... right after they just came back from a 1-3 downer.... Cavs gotta have tons of confidence right now. LOL!

I'd love to see a blowout sweep. NBA won't like that because they'll lose millions of dollars. But I'd love it. I hate Lebron.

1) Championship was already played (against the Thunder)
2) Thunder's defense was much better than the Cavs.
3) Curry & Klay don't always need those "Homerun" games, and the less the better. No one can score that high consistently without bad nights (K.D. and Westbrook are prime examples) They can score, but their shooting might be so terrible it would be nice to have team mates pick them up (but OKC doesnt)
-This translates into big games on big nights when they need it (not an every night thing needed)
4) 1st game looked like a regular season game, bench just filled in the holes and really outmatch the Cavs bench.

Yeah, the Thunder looks like it was the real series. The Cavs look completely overmatched.

Hoping for one of the following:
* Another player has a big night (Barnes, maybe?) just to emphasize team
* Steph or Klay blows up for 40+ in a blowout win

Getting tired of all the haters throwing out "well, if..." hypothetical crap.

Simply put, Cavs are out coached. Warriors are more prepared, better game plan, emphasis on defense (this starts with coaching and practice), no adjustment, no sense of urgency or fire (Kerr gets all pissed and breaks a clip board because of run), etc.

This is where I think David Blatt would have been most valuable and made a difference. The Cavs were going to get to the finals because of talent and being in the East.

Yup. The east is weak. This is what I was talking about in general a month or so ago... the NBA is not deep right now. There'a a couple of elite teams and that's it. Not like it was in the bulls era. They were beating teams with multiple HOF candidates on them regularly... and teams that were better coached and played better team ball.

The East is straight garbage. Put the Cavs in the west and they probably finish somewhere around 4th. Maybe even 5th.

Quality teams in the NBA in order in my opinion...

Warriors
Spurs
Thunder
Cavs

After that you've got the
Clippers
Heat
Blazers
Mavs

And most of them aren't all that good.

There's really only 4 maybe 5 truly good teams in the NBA right now. The rest only look decent because they're playing garbage teams. It's only gonna get worse over the next few years as all the great ones retire. The next generation is thin. I think you're gonna see a lot more revolving around quality coaching and quality team ball then 1 or 2 guys dominating.

I think back to the 90's... man.

In 95-96 you had a warriors team that was stacked with quality players finish with 36 freaking wins. Chris Mullin. Tim Hardaway. Spree. Jon Barry. Armstrong. Joe Smith. Coles. Etc. Lots of quality bench players and a handful of really good starters. That team probably finishes with 45 wins in todays NBA and makes an impact in the playoffs. And they got stomped.

Spurs were running with David Robinson, Avery Johnson, etc.
Jazz had Malone, Stockton, Hornacek, Russel, Carr... etc
Rockets were running Hakeem, Drexler, Kenny Smith, a capable Cassel, etc.
Hell the nuggets got stomped with Mutumbo and Jalen Rose on the floor together.
Sonics were straight loaded. One of the greatest teams of all time. I think they are right there with todays warriors.
Lakers had Magic, Divac, Van Exel, etc. They're every bit as good as todays Cavs. If not better. I'd put them with todays spurs.
Magic had a young shaq with a great Hardaway, horace grant, Darrell armstrong.
Knicks had ward, ewing, starks, j.r. reid, etc. Pretty much the same level as the clippers that year but a far better team.
The heat had one of the best coaches of all time and a revolving door of decent players that year... including tim hardaway. That pissed me off.

Even crappy teams had decent roster. Celtics got crushed and they had some decent players. Rick Fox. Dee Brown.

Pacers had Reggie Miller, Mark Jackson, Smits, Davis, Best... etc. That team today... probably second maybe 3rd best in the NBA with a chance to beat everyone if Miller and Smits are both firing.

Bulls were of course lethal. I still consider them the best team of all time with the warriors running second. Sonics a very very close 3rd.

Cavs/Hawks/Piston...all had good players.

Draymond's been suspended for the next game. LeB**** gets his way once again. Dude instigated everything and he wasn't even called for a tech.

Guess Warriors will be sippin champagne in the Cavs' locker room once again.

Edit: James had his common foul "upgraded" to a tech lmao

LeBron IS a bicht. Instigator numero uno, and don't think for a second he didn't know what he was doing stepping over Green. Tonight should be interesting. I'm sure LeBron will be motivated after getting his panties in a bunch but I'm sure the Warriors are pretty damn motivated to knock LeBron down another peg or two without Draymond on the floor. So, who starts in his place? Iggy?

Green can be a distraction when he gets caught up too much and starts acting a fool. That helps lead the entire team down the drain... see the OK series.

I think the warriors still win. As much as it would be rad for them to come home and win it in front of the home crowd... I'd love to see them win on Lebron's court. Celebrate in their locker rooms and party in their town.

Then Curry can just say... you mad bro? Your excuses were that you didn't have your entire team last year... you had them... and you lost while I didn't have my entire team.

If they do win in CLE I hope Curry drops 50.

You know they are playing at Warrior's home tonight. I think you got it confused for game 6?
