really...? bravo guys real professional. ::claps::

if you have a business issue then treat it as a business issue and keep it confidential. this issue is going to bite you guys in the ***. you guys will be lucky if he doesn't take legal actions.
Problem is, a lot of people have business licenses but don't actually know how to run a business. They'll learn sooner or later though...

Granted you have a copy of your CC statement showing that you were charged $50. Can you please come to the shop so I can show you my statements that I was never credited from your CC company..

I too would like this resolved, so everyone is happy.

Not really my fault.. Nor yours..

The way you handled this is your fault alone. Be a man and admit you were a doucher and move on.

I just realized thats a real word, no red zig zags under it...props for Tyson's vocabulary!

Now that quote isn't as funny except for the "I want to eat his children" part

+1

the money might be a mix up and it's "no one's" fault. but you DON'T GO PUBLIC with these kind of issues on a forum where people go ape sh*t on the slightest sign of foul play. you potentially black balled a person over 50bucks that he ALREADY paid the CCc for.

Also, what good is it going to do for him to come by the shop for you to show him your statements? do you expect him to pay... again just because "his" CCc didn't credit you? this should be brought to the CCc's attention, and ASKING the buyer to help you out by having your back in saying that the buyer paid his debt and the CCc not crediting you.

Bravo again.
