Not that this is my business but I might suggest to AutoHQ that every response is carefully formulated from here on.
I'm sure AutoHQ is a quality establishment and this is simply a mistake on their behalf that I'm sure they will never do again.

I agree with StupidChicken. but if Smoove is legit, I'll say that Kevin went above and beyond when he did my service for 90k+105k. AHQ completely exceeded my expectations - but this belongs on another thread.
