Kevin didn't see the money, he saw goods leave his shop. He over reacted, yes. Was that a mistake? Sure.
Is that going to stop me from using his services from time to time? No...
You people are seriously worried about a copy of a CC receipt? The dude posted a screen shot of his bank transactions. The internet is FILLED with your dirt.
Nearly all shops have instances of bad work, bad dealings, and ****ed, ****ED up customer service. But you don't always get to see it. It's not always public. Don't think for a second that you may go somewhere else and not get ****ed. Cause is CAN happen, and does. Trust me, I know for a fact it does. Don't feel so protected going somewhere else. Don't think as a customer your *** is always right. You may be the one paying, but don't think that gives you some ultimate power. Any shop can screw you over (and they probably aren't even screwing you over, in the instances of over reaction, it's usually the customer who does so.)

I saw this posted up yesterday, glad it got resolved. I think the shop overreacted but with good reason. How would you feel if you sold something and found out that the person you just sold it to gave you counterfeit bills? There were other ways to handle it but look this way worked since he got it resolved with the customer, just a little too publicly.

Come on guys, no one likes being ripped off and no one likes being called out in error, it was a mistake and that's the end of it. Can't we all just accept this and move on? EVERYONE on this planet has made mistakes much worse than this in their past, and they are exactly that, mistakes... So come on, can't we just cut both parties a little slack here and just accept it as what it is, an ERROR/MISTAKE.
