I have an STi with a vishnu TBE (high flo cat), and the TXS shorty intake. I have been interested in getting the Utec and either using the basic mappings it comes with or perhaps getting it tuned locally. I have been reading, however, about reflashes instead of the Utec. Supposedly this is the less expensive way to get that nice HP increase. What do you guys suggest is the way to go? I have future mod plans, but I don't know if they'll pan out. (bigger turbo, injectors, fuel pump). If I should go to a tuner, who is a good one in the bay area that can do an STi reflash and/or Utec tuning on a dyno?
