i believe it's NOW time to get a lawyer, if the allegations go any further... including #3 and#5...
i'm usually the kind of person who would refrain people from suing the local government, but if you do get #3 and #5, SUE SUE SUE!!!!!!

If you get an opportunity to confront the officer regarding his misbehavior before a judge, tell the judge you'd like the address the officer. Tell him you forgive him and then tell the judge you'd like to dismiss the charges.
The cop will either think he got off free and not care, or it will make him think twice. If you stick it to him, he'll always be an angy(ier) cop.
