I call complete and total bulldookie on most of that.
It is very true that the *******s at Foodmaxx are giving car people a bad image on Friday/Saturday nights. The gang involvement and shooting part of the story is all false though. I've heard nothing about a shooting at Foodmaxx recently...and believe me I would have.
LOL some of that is true, but what REALLY happened is some jackass pulled a knife out and threatened someone with it. Somebody called the police. When the cops showed up nobody was cooperating so they ordered everyone onto the ground until they could figure out who did what. There were no gangs, guns, shootings, stabbings, fights, or even anyone arrested...just a bunch of idiots that drive like jerks and leave their trash there so the businesses hate them. It wasn't even Union Landing, it was Foodmaxx.
Have a good time at UCKK tonight if you go. I don't know if I'll be able to make it, but if my dinner plans fall through I'll be there.
p.s. please don't post second hand info that you're not sure is true to try and ruin attendance for a meet.

Just last weekend there was a shooting in that parking lot over some gang bull****. From what I have been told, one gang saw another gang, so charged at them with hella heads, the other gang ran away. When the charging gang got to their car, they slashed the tires, threw a shopping cart through the cars window and started shooting at them as they were running away. Five to six cop cars arrived there minutes later.
Three-Four weeks there was also a street racing related incident where there was another shooting in a near by industrial area in Union City. Cops came back to the Union Landing area as people in that entire parking lot area were ordered to lay stomach-down on the ground as the cops made several arrests.

but yeah moving the meet would definitely be a good idea. I went to the meet tonight (early when there were only like 3 other subies, 'sides me) and this dumb auto integra was "launching" around the Lucky's parking lot. Then these corvettes on 20"s lookin like white walking alligators show up and start revving around.
so that's what all the ricer activities are at foodmasx.

Second hand info yes, but I'm almost 100% sure its true, I've heard from multiple people that there were gunshots both nights. What has this society come down to when people say "It's not true unless I hear/read about it on the news." No one actually got hit by any bullets but guns were definitely fired, which would explain why no news has reported about it.

lol hmmm maybe this event is why this ucpd cop was looking at my car so closely when i was leaving for class yesterday...
i was just driving thru my neighbor hood and this cop turns a corner into my direction and instantly keeps staring at my front end till he couldn't see it... unsafe driving? he was literally leaning over in his seat and kept eyeing my front
well my license plate isn't in the front middle but it IS ziptied on there =\
luckily nothing happened

haha.. one time i went to foodmax to get some late night groceries, they swear like toreto showed up.. i get out of my itr, and am suddenly surrounded by a bunch of ghetto honda guys asking to race.. i was like "uh, im getting ice cream" haha
